Refunds & Returns

1. Overview

We want you to love your purchase!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

Note: Certain items such as sale items, perishable goods, personal care products, and gift cards are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Contact@mysyrock.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

If your return is denied (e.g., used or damaged items), we’ll notify you and may return the product to you at your expense.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at Contact@mysyrock.com within 15 days of receiving your order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at Contact@mysyrock.com.
