1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we’ll notify you by email right away.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via your MySyRock account (if available).
4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or partner warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
5. International Shipping
We also offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note:

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
SyRock LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team immediately so we can assist with a claim.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours at Contact@mysyrock.com.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
